Begining in the early 90’s, as a pioneer in the Pleasure Yacht Charter business, we emphasized the need for a new form of Yachting able to combine the comfort and independence of a hotel and the leisure mobility of a yacht allowing the clients to discover exotic destination and cruise even to the smaller islands using smaller yachts.
We decided to design a yacht that could do both, technically as a ship and yet following the hotel criteria a yacht, which was able to take a dominant role in this new niche.
Based on this strategy we delivered a Time Share Yacht programme, optimizing both the financial and tax aspects of the transaction by providing a yacht capable of being rented either by cabin or in its entirety.
This gave us the unique opportunity in fact, to be able to build yachts that met the stringent standards of commercial vessels registration, the technical reality we had already developed for the construction of small cruise ships.
Our research department, assisted by the most important figures of naval architecture and the most experienced designers, designed yachts with at least 6 modular cabins for private use by the owners or for the purpose of commercial charter cruises.
This principle of offering the same facilities as a hotel room proved instrumental in the success of the concept and business strategy.
In the years that followed, we built, in collaboration with the firms Garroni Design, the architects Sparkman and Stephens and Gilles Laurent, with ship yards such as Benetti / Azimut, Mondo Marine a total of 21 Maxi Yacht vessels measuring over 30 meters.
We successfully exploited the fleet of yachts on behalf of the over one hundred investors whom participated on this project.
Together with the world famous Cabinet Garroni Design on the basis of this extensive past experience we are once more embarking on an updated version of the PEARL YACHT concept developed around a new type of Yacht which, combines the comfort of a large motor yacht with safety, autonomy and the pleasure of a sailing yacht.
This first development project, the PEARL MS 45 on behalf of a North American client leads us to conceive, with our technical partners, a new Yacht range from 25 to 60 meters.
